Description
A relaxed workshop aimed at letting go, releasing stress and anxiety and getting into a flow state. You know you want to use your hands and get creative, but you also know you never get down to finding the time and space for it in your normal day to day. This is that time and space. No paint/creative experience necessary.
This will be a mixed media session where you’ll have the opportunity to play with different mediums in a loose way. There will be example exercises to get you going, and I will offer guidance along the way. The focus is on the act of creating and the process rather than an end result, although the end result will naturally be lovely too. All materials will be provided, and if you have art supplies you’d like to use during the session you’re welcome to bring them with.

What others have said about Fathima’s Studio workshops:
“I was super nervous when I got there and knew I was way out of my comfort zone with what I was attempting. the setting was inspiring, and Fathima’s energy and guidance put everyone at ease. when I compared the end product to the initial work I did, I can safely say I was amazed. thank you 🙂 will definitely be attending more workshops.” – Anonymous
“I already told my mum that she has to join me for the next one! It’s so relaxing and soothing to just let you imagination flow onto the page and you really helped bring that out of each and every person in the class!” – Anonymous
“Fathima’s description of her class as “freeing” was spot on. I felt relaxed, calm and able to just let go and create. My soul felt at ease and happy whilst painting and even more so afterwards. I would encourage every person to attend at least one of her classes in their lifetime!” – Jacqui
